This month we have been lucky enough to be featured in some gorgeous national magazines.

Three of our cake designs have been featured in Wedding magazine June/July issue. Our ‘Monochrome Ruffles’ wedding cake, ‘Mint Cameo & Pearls’ wedding cake and our ‘Peach & Ivory Flower’ cupcakes.

Our ‘Country Garden’ wedding cake was featured in Wedding Flowers magazine May/June issue in one of their great ‘get the look’ sections.

And finally, our ‘Heart Ribbon’ cookie favours were featured in new Sweet magazine summer issue by the publishers of Mollie Makes.

Wedding Cake East Sussex

This contemporary Wedding cake was created for a recent Wedding at Broyle Place, East Sussex. Deep purple and white polka dots with the bride and grooms initials in sugar scrabble letters. Each guests place setting was marked with scrabble and the brides idea to incorporate this in the cake worked well.

Congratulations to my cousin Matt and his lovely wife Amy. For once I actually got to see the cake being cut! xox

Sea Party Cakes & Cookies

Loved making these Birthday cakes and cookies recently for a little boy who just loves the sea. We incorporated gorgeous hues of aqua, mint, peach and an edible gold sail!

Included for the Birthday party were vanilla seashell and starfish cookies…

Sailboat and starfish lemon zest cupcakes…

And seahorse vanilla cookie pops

We also made these cute cookie favour bags for the little guests to take home!

Something Blue

This was a Wedding cake for a lovely couple recently married in Tunbridge Wells, Kent. A large two tier cake of Madagascan vanilla, one of which was gluten free. Ivory, pale blue and lilacs with a large sugar peony and personal monogram of couples initials.

As well as a beautiful Wedding cake, many of our brides are interested in our bespoke cookie wedding favours for their guests. Baked from scratch here in Tunbridge Wells, our cookies have the emphasis on elegant design, are perfectly iced and are all made with the finest natural ingredients and pure butter. Each can be individually wrapped with coordinating ribbon as well as name tag. These all butter cookies are available in vanilla, lemon zest, spiced orange and gingerbread, who could resist? Wedding Dessert Table

A beautifully styled dessert table is the perfect focal point for any celebration. This is a vintage ivory wedding dessert table I recently styled and created. It can be a stunning way of serving an array of desserts including cakes, cupcakes, cookies and confectionary together in a coordinated and styled manner to suit your event and to tempt and wow your guests.

This pretty two tier cake was created for an intimate country manor Wedding in East Sussex. A fusion of my rambling ivory and peony cake with accents of blackcurrant and vintage gold.

A textured ruffle cake in cream with dainty dot detail, finished with a beautiful pearl brooch and ivory grosgrain ribbon.

A very elegant four tier cake in pure white with hand painted gold sugar flowers. A personalised plaque of bride and groom’s initials and bottom tiers finished in hand cut eyelet detail scalloped pieces.
