About Us

Little Boutique Bakery cake studio was founded by cake designer Jennie Louise. We are based at our boutique bakery in East Sussex and create exquisitely crafted and delicious bespoke cakes and confections for your special occasion. We specialise in beautiful birthday cakes, christening cakes, baby shower cakes, wedding cakes and decorated biscuits and cupcakes for your celebrations.

Jennie has designed and created cakes for events at many beautiful venues throughout the South East and London including Claridges, The Savoy, Mandarin Oriental, Syon Park and Hever Castle to name a few. We have created cakes for events at private venues for the most discerning clients from Kensington Palace Gardens to as far afield as Dubai.

We are delighted to have our work feature in both national and international magazines including bridal publications Condé Nast Brides, You & Your Wedding, US The Knot, Wedding and Sweet magazine, creating bespoke cakes for editorial features in Condé Nast Brides and Tatler magazine. Jennie’s work, including that for clients and shoots, has also featured on many top wedding and lifestyle blogs including Love My Dress, Wedding Sparrow, Rock My Wedding and 100 Layer Cake.

 Taste

Our cakes and cookies are crafted entirely by hand and baked to order from scratch using fine quality ingredients. These include free range eggs, pure English butter, Fairtrade sugars, premium grade flour, 70% cocoa finest Belgian chocolate, organic cocoa and organic fresh fruits.

. Madagascan Vanilla Layer Cake (smooth bourbon vanilla) layered with either a strawberry or seedless raspberry preserve & a vanilla bean buttercream.

. Madagascan Vanilla Layer Cake (smooth bourbon vanilla) layered with a chocolate ganache buttercream.

. Zesty Lemon Layer Cake (moist with natural citrus zest) layered with an organic lemon curd & a vanilla bean buttercream.

. Zesty Lemon Layer Cake (moist with natural citrus zest) layered with a seedless raspberry preserve & a lemon zest buttercream. 

. Orange Layer Cake layered will a valencian orange zest buttercream and a tangerine preserve.

. Chocolate Truffle Layer Cake layered with a chocolate ganache buttercream. 

. Chocolate Truffle Layer Cake layered with a dark chocolate ganache and morello cherry preserve.
